MY WIFE MISPLACED OUR PARKING TICKET AND THIS SHUTTLE DRIVER LADY DROVE ROUND THE PARKING LOT AT ABOUT 2AM AND HELPED US LOCATE OUR VEHICLE. I PERSONALLY LOOKED HER IN THE FACE BEFORE MY WIFE AND TOLD HER, HER PATIENCE IS AWESOME.

Love that the drivers will put your bags on the shuttle if they are heavy. I always tip! Much appreciated and it’s why I choose the service. Also let’s like the rapid pickup in the designated rows. That works really well.

What do you like about our services?

The nicest associates work there. From those that help you when you arrive to park to the shuttle drivers and cashiers as leaving. All extremely kind and courteous even when it's super busy and the weather is less than desirable. Well done, Oakland CA team!
Give them all a raise before you lose them as people like these are hard to find these days.

Prompt courteous drivers. Patient and understanding cashier who waited while we searched for a misplaced ticket (we had a severe case of brain cramps) when we were leaving.

The people. Always there regardless of what time it is. I travel early morning and return late and early morning. Never have to wait for them. I am an old man and they always handle the luggage and walk to my car. They are the best.

On time and very friendly. The woman last night even put bags in trunk. Must appreciated. This is not your fault and i know you cant do anything about it but would be nice if while waiting for bus it was covered. Brutal in the cleveland cold and wind. No protection from the weather. Had 86 yr old mother and is tough getting to stop with luggage and the cold and ice.
