Customer Testimonials

Prompt pickup and drop even in holidays

You make it a pretty seamless experience. Everyone I've had contact with was courtesy at the very least, or outright friendly. Not always the norm these days! I've never had to wait more that a couple of minutes for a shuttle out of the parking area, and usually only a few minutes at the airport. And the drivers are always quick to grab and load my luggage. It's nice that you're so dependable.

Quick service nothing negative to say

The fast service of your employees.

Efficient, convenient
Shuttle delivers to our car
Frequent shuttles

Easy, reasonably priced, shuttle comes quickly

On a trip where just about everything else went wrong, everything about dropping off and picking up my car went well.

Excellent pickup and help with my bags.

Very efficient service with shuttle pick up at your car when ready to go to airport to pick up at airport to go back to your car when you return from your trip. I also appreciate that it’s a safe place to leave your car when traveling. Will definitely recommend Park N Fly to anyone traveling.

We had the same driver on both legs, he was excellent!!! Great job

Convenient and easy

Slow Park ‘n Fly van response at ATL LN1, good driver baggage support and quick drop off at car! We pre-booked our reservation with Costco discount tickets, but it still required an parking cashier assistance.

I've been using Park & Fly for several years now & I'm very satisfied. Their prices are reasonable & they include additional free services! They even jumped my car off when I came back from vacation & my battery was dead & car wouldn't start!! I'm very happy with your services thank you!!

Convience

Drivers were so friendly and made sure our car started after cold weather and would jump it if need be.

Your staff is super nice and helpful. Great location as well.

The van was waiting on us when we arrived and when we walked out of the airport with seven bags of luggage your driver was right there with a smile on his face.

I have always had outstanding service from this company! They are TERRIFIC!!!! Prompt, friendly, efficient and reasonable in price . . . Who could ask for anything more? Oh yeah, they also give incentives like discounted/free service after you have used their facility a certain number of times. I’m a very happy “Return Customer!” 👍👍

Most of the time the drivers are very personal it very willing to help. And they have wonderful personalities. Also the way the buses come to the airport there's always one on its way. I've been using this business for years now I have no reason to stop using it
