What do you like about our services?

I like the ease with which I can book a reservation online, and I usually have to wait only a short time for the shuttle when I land. I rated you a "10" because you asked how likely I would be to recommend Park 'n Fly to a friend, and I definitely would.

However, this most recent time, I had a reservation and drove and drove looking for a spot, and ended up sandwiching my car into a pseudo-parking spot. Do you intentionally overbook? Also, I did have to wait almost a half hour for a shuttle from the HHH terminal back to the lot, which seems like a long time. (Only three shuttles were running according to the tracking in the app.)

Thank you for your consideration of this feedback. Happy New Year!
