The shuttles. I love how comfortable it is when the drivers pick up and drop you off in your car, in your specific spot. I was with my mom and my baby, and they helped carry my luggage to the shuttle and then to my car.

I had 2 different drivers and they were both very nice. I had to call dispatch both times and the lady on the phone was very nice as well. You could tell she was busy, but she wasn't rude or short with me on the phone.
