My shuttle back from the airport was fully loaded and Patrick handled everything efficiently and graciously. Once at the ParknFly lot, Al immediately came up, greeted me, and took my bags to put them in my car. I had to go inside to pay for extra days of parking. Al got my key and went back out to start my car so it could warm up.
I’m an 81 year old woman who has been parking with this business way back when Executive was back across the street. I have never parked anywhere else at BDL because of the service always being great.

Very convenient away from the congestion at the airport. Easy to get to. All the staff I’ve ever encountered has been very friendly and helpful including the drivers and the people that the gates that you check in and check out with. I’ve done covered parking great in the winter time, we used it once when there was a big snowstorm and it was wonderful not to have to clean off my car with a foot of snow. It seems safe.. The first time I use them I left my parking lights on by mistake and drained my battery. They were very helpful and brought out a battery jumper. Shuttles are door-to-door, which is great. We've used Park DIA quite a few times and really like the covered parking and the convenience of reserving a spot using the website or the application. We also like the easy exit with the application. We've also noted a great improvement to the shuttle pickup at the airport.
