Customer Testimonials

It's very convenient and economical. We've always had good experiences.

Prompt transportation and everyone was very friendly!

The van was there just in time and the driver was very helpful with our luggage. I love that we can get a free car wash upon exit and a couple of water bottles for our drive home!

Safety & pick up and drop

We always use Park and Fly. It is very convenient and the staff is great. They come promptly to the airport when you call that you are ready. Today our driver was Rinh. He was courteous and very helpful, taking our bags to the car for us. He was friendly too.

Convenient, fast, friendly and very helpful employees

Quick response

Quick and easy.

Fast and friendly

Excellent and fast service to and from airport!

From the moment I enter your lot your staff is always helpful and pleasant. Your drivers are always kind and cheerful. Even as I leave the lot I get a wave goodbye. Your team gives a great start to a vacation and a warm welcome home. Thank you! In addition, I recently traveled by myself at odd hours and always felt safe and looked after. Much appreciated!

Drop off and pick up was prompt. After returning to Minneapolis we found our car blocked in by a lot of snow that fell while we were gone and our driver shoveled us out and helped get us out of our spot, as we didn’t have a shovel or snow footwear. He went above and beyond what we would expect and excellent customer service.

I had minor problem and Alexis Torrance solved it with no problem such a relief .

We have enjoyed our multiple uses of these parking services. The process seems to be quite well established.

We have never had a problem! Everything is always smooth sailing! Prompt and reliable!

We were picked up within 5 minutes of texting our ticket number

Driver Nigel was the best! Kind, courteous and professional. Complimented my luggage as pretty despite being super heavy!!

The people were great. Everyone we talked to, at the gates coming in and leaving, and on the shuttles each way, were friendly and genuinely nice.

Prompt, nice, personable and they always take great care of me.

Very courteous and made our departure and arrival very easy

On time, punctual and friendly. Great service and honest with prices. I would highly recommend Park N Fly.

This was the first time I have flown since Covid. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of parking my car and being assisted to the terminal. The employees that I had interaction with were courteous and professional. I will definitely use your services when I need to fly again!

I appreciate the quick pickup from our car and not having to wait at the airport for a shuttle. The only negative is the low QR code scanner that is hard to reach.

Easy and quick checkin, no wait for shuttle, drivers are very nice, car is waiting- no problems!!! Love park n fly.!!!

The ease of the shuttle service and the fact that the shuttle picks up and drops off right outside your car.

The place was easy to find. The shuttle came to my car immediately after parking. The gentiment who drove both shuttles (to and from) were pleasant and helpful. There was a shuttle at the airport as soon as we came out. This is a fantastic service. I hope it stays this great!

Shuttles immediately available upon parking so very little wait time. Close proximity to the airport so not long to get to your gate.

It was prompt convenient and car was clean upon return.

Very easy to park and rate
