Customer Testimonials

The drivers are always curteous and extremely helpful.

Pretty smooth fast service

You handled the travel constraints on your system really well. We had a reservation and you called with plenty of time left to decide with great options. The service across the board was great. Thank you!

Friendly Drivers!

ALWAYS ready to go either to the airport or back to parking. EXTREMELY courteous and friendly! LOVE Park N Fly

Ease of the shuttle and that they have a system in place so that you don’t forget where you parked.

Friendly, helpful. Our driver upon arrival fligs the luggage quite vigorously. Luckily, I held onto bag with highly breakable souvenire BUT couldn't wait to get home to see if both laptops survived the throw!

My flight was cancelled 3 times so I called to let Park N Fly know. Lily, the staff personnel at the Houston International airport was helpful and said not to worry my paid in advance spot was available whenever I came. I appreciated that comforting information during this Christmas stress.

Staff are friendly, location is close enough to the airport

I like the quick efficient service.

Friendly.
Car Wash

Ease of use and attractive pricing.

Picked us up and dropped us off at our car and very professional drivers. Told us where to get picked up at and everything we needed to know to get back to our car.

I have tried 3 different off airport parking places thus far and I think that Park-N-Fly has the best cost to shuttle ratio. That is for the cost I don't have to wait as long as others for a shutlle.

Convenient, easy, affordable, and friendly staff.

Good price. Easy and convenient.

Everything went smoothly and without delay.

Easy to reserve and convenient and friendly service. Much valued.

Our plane got into ATL at 12:30 AM. The pick up process was efficient and very quick!

Pick up is quick after parking your vehicle. Drivers are nice and helpful. Vans are clean. Prices are good.

Secure facility with pick up and drop off

Always on time and very friendly, even during nasty weather.

Fast pickup at the terminal. Delivered right to car.

Close to airport. Quick shuttle pick up. Friendly drivers.

The people who work here are very professional, and helpful. The only glitch is that we had to wait a while after we first arrived and parked to find a tram to come to our car to pick us up.
Possibly you were short-staffed that day?

Shuttle service is prompt and drivers are friendly! The location is easy to get to and 5 minutes from the airport!
