Customer Testimonials
Shuttle to the terminal makes it easy to get to the right place.
Easy access to the airport. The van came straight to us when we parked (which was great since it was raining). Was there within minutes upon return from our trip.
the ease of booking, parking and getting to the airport.
Most of all, I love getting into my own car at the end of a trip. The women at the entrance and exit are so friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers do everything for me. I couldn't be more pleased with Park n fly.
location, staff & professionalism, safety, speed, always accessible
Service is good. Haven't had any issues.
Air was the best! our vehicle was covered in snow feet on return. Air was not the
driver on return, But he got ou t his van and helped shovel so we could drive!!
Everyone was very helpful and for the first time using the Service it went very smoothly from drop off to pick up..
Had a reservation from 12/23 to 1/1. Flight cancelled on 12/23 so got car the next morning and came back on 12/27 and picked up car on 1/1. They left registration open but charged me for all the days. I should get credit for the 2 1/2 days My car was not parked there.
The ease of use was incredible. Everyone was so helpful and flexible. My car was warm when I collected it. Thank you :)
The whole experience was wonderful! Both of the drivers were so helpful and kind. We will use again for sure !
Dependable. Don't have to worry that Uber won't show up on 12/24
It is very convenient and competitively priced. I love that the shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your car.
Easy in and out.
Excellent!!!
Very affordable parking, plenty of spaces, shuttles run round the clock, and I always get AMEX offers with Park 'N Fly with incentives of rebates to use rheir service. Shuttle drivers are always helpful with getting checked bags on shuttle, and I always tip them to thank them for their help. I like how they're in constant communication to track when people park in their lots so they know where to pick people up.
It is so easy! Very attentive staff and help with luggage etc. Very pleasant experience,
Attention given to a young mother struggling.
The last thing I want to do is navigate Atlanta airport parking. Park ‘N Fly saves me from that nightmare! The parking lot is not in a high traffic area and is easy to get to, the fee is reasonable, the lot is safe & secure, the shuttles are frequent & convenient, the shuttle drivers are courteous & helpful, and it’s easy to book & pay in advance then simply use the provided QR code to enter & exit the lot. The whole process of entering the lot, shuttle pick up, ride to the airport, and terminal drop off takes about 30 minutes. It eases the anxiety of getting to & from the airport SO much for me! Remember to bring cash to tip the shuttle drivers!
Ease of use. Friendly service.
Quick and easy will use again !
We had a very low tire and your driver team helped us with their own personal compressor to fix it.
