The local dispatcher’s were very helpful in assisting me. I am in a wheelchair, so I need special accommodations. However, the 800 number call-center is not as useful.

The shuttle arrived within 5 minutes of texting for pickup. Our car was warmed up when we got back. Very quick and efficient process.

What do you like about our services?

Attendants at arrival and departure were most helpful and patient in assisting with the technology. Drivers were polite and helpful. Rinh was patient and waited while we searched for our phone before departing the airport. Highly recommend.

Making the reservation on line is very easy. Access to the parking lot was very simple and the shuttle didn't take much time to pick me up.

Pick ip wasnt horrible- had to shovel out our spot but we were offered a shovel!😂

Covered parking. Shuttle drivers help with luggage. On a trip last week the shuttles were on time on outbound and. inbound travel.

Park N Fly has excellent customer service. I arrived back in Minneapolis after visiting my parents and my car was entirely encased in snow in the uncovered lot. Carol, my driver, helped dig out my car so I could back out of the spot and then helped me scrape off my car so I could safely exit the lot. If not for Carol, it would have been almost impossible for me to dig my car out on my own. When I reached the cashier, Fatima was very kind - I had delayed my return a few days and she easily helped me address the additional costs. I will be a Park N Fly customer for life.
