Fast shuttle to pick up
Easy
Our driver on Monday was so friendly!
Everything operated in a smooth and quick fashion. The buses were on time
and the drivers did a great job.
Quick and easy
It was efficient and my car was safe and under cover from the weather. Great service!
Much easier to check in and check out with QR code. Bus drivers were friendly and helpful. Our car would not start and the office was ready with a battery/cables unit to easily start our car. Then an hour later we realized we left my daughters phone on the bus, they contacted us and held it in the office until the next morning when she could pick it up.
they did a great job

Driver was helpful and pleasant but a little heavy on the peddle.
Everyone is always friendly and helpful. We have always had a great experience —- friendly greetings at the gate, quick pick up and assistance in the lot and on return at the airport. Prices are fair and reasonable … always our first option when flying from Midway .

Easy to use
Super easy check in and the shuttle is right there with no wait. Fair prices, easy airport access, easy online reservations. I use Park ‘N Fly consistently when flying out of Oakland. It is very well run and I feel my car is always safe there.
Easy and convenient parking service.
Easy to find location. Quick ride to the airport. Friendly and caring staff, even while faced with challenges upon pick up from the airport.
Valet service. I like my car ready for me when I arrive.
Prompt pickup and very courteous people
Super convenient.
Very friendly staff.
Easy to use.
Customer for life.
Convenient. Reasonable price.
Competitive price, convenient shuttles.
Quick pick up and drop off. Friendly drivers.
Your drivers are all very polite and they work really hard. Lifting all those suitcases on and off the shuttle bus is grueling. The only thing I would have liked better would be to have the information about door five a little bit bigger on the parking pass that we received. I waited outside on the other side of the terminal for a while before TSA told me I had to go to the back. I'm not young anymore and reading fine fine print is getting difficult. Otherwise your service is fantastic.
