Delivered to and picked up quickly. Car was waiting for me on my return to the lot.

The simplicity and friendly staff (majority of them not all)

The shuttle bus came through the parking ramp and picked us up right at our vehicle. The driver helped load our luggage on to the shuttle, which was very helpful as we were traveling with small children. Upon our return, the shuttle pick-up came promptly, dropped us off at our vehicle again, and we were on our way. Everything went smoothly and did not take as much time as I thought for parking off-site.

Enclosed parking!

Came in after two major snow falls and my car was buried under a foot and half of snow. The driver waited to make sure I could clear my car from the snow, that my car could start up, and that I was able to get it out of the spot as well.

I really appreciated the care, and will be using you all again!

Easy to book online. Easy entry and depart from the parking lot. Friendly and helpful drivers. Frequent van service.

We had an early departure and a late arrival so we didn't want to trouble friends or family for a ride to the airport. The staff was amazing, the shuttle was right there waiting for us - highly recommend!

Shuttles are very promo. Didn’t had to wait a second Aline in parking lot!!!! Drivers are also great.

Everyone at Park and Fly was so extremely helpful and kind. Parking somewhere unfamiliar can be unnerving sometimes. I appreciate everyone that I encountered. I even got a free bottle of water while I waited on the shuttle to take me to the airport. Also, easy access to I85.
