Customer Testimonials

Dependable yet pick-up time upon arrival can be rather slow.

Close proximity to airport. Courteous drivers.

Shuttle drivers were amazing. They made getting to and from the airport easy. They even had a shovel to get the car out.

very fast and convenient I would use this service every time I fly

Employees communicate with each other well and in turn, the service we received was very efficient

Staff are friendly and helpful

Easy access and buses are timely.

Convenience for the price

Consistent. Quick service.

Always quick service to and from the airport.

Love everything! Transportation is quick and efficient. When we get back the car is ready and at a comfortable temperature.
I want to praise Patrick; he was our return driver on Tuesday evening and he made the ride back fun and entertaining. We talked and laughed the entire time and shared information about places we had traveled to. We have used your services for 43 years and I have to say that Patrick has the best customer service and personality we have encountered.

Convenient and efficient

Brilliant service. Shuttle followed us to our under cover parking spot and help us with our luggage. Upon returning we sent the text message as instructed and the shuttle picked us up within 5 minutes. Will certainly use Park N' Fly Dallas again.

From dropping the vehicle off to pick up everything was as it should be. After a long and delayed flight it was very nice to deal with Patrick F. He was enthusiastic and very pleasant and it was refreshing after a long day.

Drive right in. Go to your spot. Get picked up. Then dropped off. Always goes smoothly

I would have liked a discount (more than what i got)

Everything is easy!

My experience today with Nigel was excellent. He was so kind, courteous and helpful.

I don’t always find the staff to be as kind as he was so I wanted to especially compliment and thank him.

Nigel is an excellent example of amazing customer service!

EZ in, EZ out. prompt pickup at terminal

It is very safe and convenient.

Your shuttle drivers are the best

Fast convenient

Car is ready and waiting when I return from my trip.

When our truck battery was dead after our trip and return to the parking lot, the shuttle driver helped us try to jump the battery. When that did not work he went out of his way to take care of us and giving us a place to stay in the dispatch office while we waited for a ride. Your staff was extremely helpful and supportive through our ordeal.
Thank you!

Always excellent service!!!

Convenient and efficient. Quick in n out. It’s easy to check in and out. Helpful staff too.

Easy access in and out. Shuttle picks up at your car and very little wait time for pickup at the airport.

This trip the driver was quick to pick us up, very friendly and had safe driving skills while enroute to the airport. Our return was just as comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have more covered parking marked for large vehicles. I drive an F250 and it was difficult to find a spot in the ramp where it fit!!

I always love Park 'N Fly. Same cost as a rideshare to and from the airport, but with the convenience of your own car.
