I like the convenience of having parking inside at a reasonable cost. service on the vans has always been good.
I wish the pick up after I park could be better. I parked and was left standing while 2 vans drove past me with no explanation. All it would have took was a "Hey someone is on the way".

I like that you are conveniently located close to the airport and have been very prompt with service to and from the airport. Good drivers and very friendly and helpful. The only issue I have had is that I paid for covered parking in advance and there were no spots to park, so I had to park on the roof. It's winter and we weren't getting back till 8pm and I really didn't want to have to deal with snow on my vehicle and still have a 2+ hour drive home. The cashier was helpful, and I am waiting to see if I get my bill is adjust and a refund given.
