This trip everything was done quickly! From pickup to return.

The valet service that allows waiting for bus under cover. Upon return the car is always out front with engine running. Everyone friendly and courteous. Extra services offered like car wash.

I had prepaid online before our trip. The morning of going to parking the weather was bad and I could not get my prepaid voucher to work so I just took the normal ticket and guessed that when we got back I would end up paying two times. Well the lady at the booth when leaving took my prepaid voucher and all was well, she was super nice about it.

Park N Fly does an awesome job of making the transition of driving to the airport in a privately owned vehicle and arriving at the airport a piece of cake. Easy to make on-line reservations, fairly priced, and terrific shuttle service. During our latest trip returning to Hartford (Bradley International) on 11 January our shuttle operator was Patrick. Even though it was after midnight, he was cheerful, customer focused and professional in every way. Can’t beat the service and dependability of Park N’ Fly. Thanks and kuddo’s to Patrick!

It’s cheap and you always have covered parking available.

That there is plenty of parking and there is enough room between cars. Very secured. And also, shuttle service 24/7. The employees I encountered were very polite and friendly. Kudos to you!!

Shuttle service is amazing! From park and fly to airport we were picked up as soon as we parked our vehicle! On return at airport we waited 2 minutes before we were picked up..First time using park and fly so was alittle skeptical but all the 5 star reviews were spot on...Will definitely use again.
