What do you like about our services?

Everything was good but seems like lately there are not enough shuttles (830am) . This time on my departure I had to walk to the front office and wait for a shuttle. It took about 15 mins, so I am glad I was not running late.
When I texted for an arrival (5pm) pick up the shuttle pick me up within 10 mins so this part was good. Overall both drivers were professional and courteous.

Ease of getting to and from Midway. If you could improve one thing it would be the scanner at the facility. It is very hard to get the scanner to read the code on a piece of paper. The attendant needs to assist many times.

The bus was there when I parked for my departure day and was at the bus area at the airport when I returned. Minimal waiting. I also like the fact I can rinse my car off before I leave!
