It was before sunrise and pouring rain (one of the atmospheric rivers was going through, causing high winds and flooding) when we arrived at Park N Fly SFO. Even though we had reserved a regular self-park space, the attendants had us leave the car with valet so we wouldn't have to wait for the shuttle in the rain. When we flew back into SFO, it was also pouring rain--this time at night. The shuttle saw us running toward it on the 2nd level pick-up area and pulled back to the curb, helped us load our bags, and radioed ahead to the lot to have our car pulled around to the front under a covered area in advance of our arrival. The whole experience was as smooth at it could've possibly been. The attendants run a great operation and I appreciate the care they take to keep customers comfortable!

I really like that I can cancel and get a refund until the last minute. You should advertise that better. It’s what sealed the deal for me. I also liked being able to pre-pay. I got right into the lot by scanning my QR code.

However, there was no pre-paid exit lane. I was number 4 behind people that didn’t pre-pay. That was a 5 minute delay…very annoying. Can you come up with a better way to reward pre-pay customers at the exit?

Tyler the valet was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The shuttle however had an overpowering perfume smell. I don’t know if it was what you cleaned with or the driver, but it made me get a headache.

Everything about my experience with you could not have been better. You got me to and from the airport in a very short time. The people that I dealt with could not have been nicer.

Your shuttles are fantastic! Ready as soon as we parked. Wednesday night during the storm the return shuttle driver was the best! Telling jokes and really really bending over backward to help people find their cars covered in snow and he even let them borrow ice scrapers/ice brooms. I wish I caught his name, but he’s the one always telling silly “dad jokes”
