NO WAIT AND DRIVERS FRIENDLY
The convenience of parking close to airport. Staff friendly. I’m a platinum member and appreciate the benefits that come with being a member.
Very quick pick up from both the parked car and the airline terminal.
Fast and courteous
Prompt service. Especially liked your representative posted at the airport to keep customers informed of actual shuttle arrival times.
Easy to use and your staff are very good at problem solving with great attitudes.
I started to travel again this year and decided to give Park 'N Fly a try. I am so pleased with the service. The facility is really convenient for me, the prices for covered parking are very good and the drivers are always so friendly and helpful. I use the APP primarily and I love it.
Very convenient but I paid for the covered parking but there wasn’t any covered parking available.
Easy to book online, fair pricing, consistent quality customer service, & easy drop off/pickup services at MIA.
Friendly drivers during my use.
It was our first time using Park-n-Fly and it was terrific, would like to see pick-up at airport faster when it is cold out, but overall very easy process and would highly recommend it!!
Fast and easy
Very predictable service and timing. Shuttle buses may require a bit of wait time, but if do its usualy from within the warmth of the bus (awaiting additional riders). Cost is reasonable, lot seems very secure, never dealt with an unfriendly employee.
Fast and easy. No driving around the parking garage to find a space.
communication was very easy for pick-up after our plane landed and my car was ready when I got back to the lot.hassle free
Quick and easy!
EASE, speed, price.
Efficient
Friendly, easy to access and open 24 hours. I was worried coming home after a de after midnight but when I called they were reassuring and then to arrive at my car in a brightly lite area and it was already warmed up was a delight.
Their attention is amazing, this is my favorite parking spot every time I travel.
First time using Park’n’Fly and I won’t be using anything else from now on! Simple, very fast, just a great service.
Fast, easy to use, everyone was polite.
Excellent service. Most convenient way to park and fly. Makes flying in and out of Miami a piece of cake.
Our experience has always been great. Shuttles have been quick to find us and get us to where we need to be.
Convenience. The shuttle drivers were right there to take you to the airport.
