What do you like about our services?

My wife and I have been using your services for a number of years, and have had a great experience. We did run into an issue last Friday, when we arrived back in Atlanta from the international terminal (Concourse F). We were told your services don't cover the international terminal. so we had to pack our 5 bags on an airport shuttle to the domestic terminal, unpack the 5 bags, and then repack them on the park-n-fly shuttle. I'd like to know why your services doesn't cover the international terminal? it was an extremely frustrating experience.

What do you like about our services?

I like that I can drop my car off at the front and get on a shuttle to the airport. I also like being able to pick up the car at the front when I return. I appreciate the time savings.

This time around, I accidently gave the attendant the wrong key fob, but the next shuttle to the airport returned the correct one and I made my flight with ease.

Thank you!
