The valet service had our car warmed up upon pickup in January.

Very efficient and courteous service. It couldn't be done better.

I like everythign about Park 'N Fly! The location, the automated gates, the friendly drivers, the timely transfers, and the rewards program.

Extremely quick to pick us up.

The van was available immediately upon our arrival and our return. Drivers were especially helpful to us.

Convenience, friendly staff.

Easy, efficient way to park when flying in and out of MSP. We weren't left waiting for a ride on either end of our trip.

We have been using Park-N-Fly Plus for many years and have always been pleased with the service. Everyone is always polite and helpful. The shuttle buses are always nice. We feel safe parking there. We like the location.

Friendly and dependable drivers.

The app was having issues upon my arrival and could not retrieve my reservation. The lady was very friendly and efficient looking up my reservation number and again upon my departure the gentleman was great as well!

The driver was courteous and helped with our luggage.

On time service... or very little wait time..
Friendly drivers

Close to airport, continuous shuttle - short wait times.

Easy in and out. Driver helped remove the snow and scrapped the ice off the windows. I had problems with the card reader both entering and leaving. Not sure if it was just me or what.

Both drivers were extremely helpful and kind. We enjoyed the simplicity of parking our vehicle and being shuttled to/from the airport. It was a significant savings versus parking at the airport. The system was easy to use/book and pay for our spot in advance.

Much improved! Only had to wait 10 minutes. All drivers were courteous and kind.

Door to door service

Very convenient location and do not have to wait long for transport.

Convenient to reserve and pay online. Easy to find location. I feel safe leaving my car on the lot. Drivers are friendly and punctual. Rates are great!

Bus is always waiting on the airport. Drivets are very friendly.

Prompt pickup at parking lot - driver actually found us a parking spot under cover otherwise we would have been on the roof. Pickup at airport was fantastic this time--vehicle was waiting as we arrived at the spot for pickup.

ease of use great service

It was so easy using the App to make my reservation, park, and leave following my trip. Thank you!

Convenient and reasonably priced.

Availability of covered parking

I appreciate how quick you get picked up from the airport. Getting picked up at/close to you car and then dropped off at the car is wonderful and very reassuring in all weather conditions

Very friendly drivers, prompt service and reasonably priced.

The price is good, it’s convenient and I can always count on my car. Be ready for me when I get back. And I never have to wait long at the airport for the pick up. Excellent service.

Nice drivers; frequent shuttles.
