What do you like about our services?

I like the directions as to where to park, upon entering. The vans are usually right there. Sometimes have to wait for inside pick-up BUT the real reward is the return to the car when it is inside. We also like outside parking when the weather is goping to be decent. it was samrt to be inside last weekend!

What do you like about our services?

This was free parking for me on this trip as I was able to redeem points. Your staff was very helpful and friendly.
But.... we arrived at 11:00PM on Sunday night as did a lot of other travelers apparently. The bus was completely full when we got our luggage a went outside. there was at least another 2 bus loads also waiting at the curb. It would seem to me that knowing when the arrivals are scheduled would allow for a little better planning.
