Park 'N Fly is the most efficient way to go! Your car stays safe from the elements and burglary. Everyone is always prompt, friendly, and helpful. When you get back from a long flight your car is waiting for you, and so thankfully NOT covered in snow. The only drawback is the tram ride we have to take now to get back and forth inside the airport. But we still love Park 'N Fly!

Dropping off our car at Park N Fly was easy and quick. Shuttle was waiting for us when we arrived to take us to Midway airport. Upon returning to pickup our car, the shuttle bus was already waiting for us at the pickup location and was a quick trip back to our car. We have used this facility near Midway airport in the past, and we will use it again in the future.

We use your service because we love the fact that when we make reservations we know we will have undercover parking when we get there. We also love your app. to let you know we are ready to be picked up at the airport.

It was fast and convenient. The only choice I had was the Valet option. Drivers were excellent as well as attendants. The only thing I would change is clearer directions on where to drop car off for MSP airport. The page said to drop off at the silver parking garage. I called to confirm this and was told that was incorrect.

I like that the parking is safe and secure. Once I get in from the airport, if the shuttle isnt already there, I call and the shuttle is there within 10 minutes.

I like the ease to make a reservation and to find a parking space. The shuttles are very prompt in picking me up at my car. The drivers are courteous and pleasant and make the trip to or from the airport an easy ride.

My only wish would be when I make a reservation and use one or two of my "free" dayys, and then I have to cancel that reservation due to travel issues and make a new one, I lose those "free" days. This has happened to me on two separate occasions. I tried "modifying" the original reservation online but it wouldn't let me do that so my only choice was to cancel it and make a new one. I hope that someone will soon realize what is happening and make some changges.

convenience - is frustrating that buses are not waiting to pick up - Saturday evening there were several bus loads waiting and we had to call and say there were several people - everyone raced to the bus and many left stranded for another bus and it was COLD
