It was quick and convenient. The shuttle was available immediately upon exiting the terminal and the valet has my car on and ready when I arrived.

The employees were exceptionally friendly & helpful. I am impressed with the security for the lot & felt comfortable that my car was in safe keeping there. The shuttle service was prompt. Everything was quite efficient. I will use this service again!

Ease and friendliness. Helena was our attendant who received us and was their on our exit. She was super helpful and even remembered us upon return.

What do you like about our services?

It’s fluid and easy to use. The shuttles can sometimes take a little longer than expected when trying to go from airport to car, but it’s still consistent. The drivers are nice and cordial. The parking is easy and well laid out and the distance from the airport is good. I’ve used park dia for years now and don’t plan to try another shuttle service. Also, there are always discounts so that’s a perk!

The service worked as described and stress free.

Easy to find. Shuttle was there and waiting to take us to the airport.

Indoor secure parking.

Upon return the shuttle was timely. Car was there and ready.

The people were friendly and professional.

Well worth the modest $12.95 per night fee.
