Most handy location for us

Ability to prepay for a reduced daily rate; make reservation. Have only parked here twice so far, but have not had to wait for a shuttle either time which is important. Particularly on a rainy day!

Everything was fine except on the trip going to the airport, it was raining very hard when we parked the car. I don't blame the driver for trying not to get we by staying in the van; but in doing so, he didn't give us a location ticket. I didn't even know I needed a ticket until we returned. Everything else was fine.

I have mentioned several times what we like is that your drivers help with bags and your pick up at the airport is usually fast. It is at times fast at the parking lot but not all the time. On 01/24/23 our driver, Takita shuttle #289 around 11:30am, just sat in the shuttle and did not help with bags. She did finally stand up once we had the bags sitting at the stairs of the van. She did help with getting bags off the shuttle at the airport.
It was her loss since we usually tip very well but not this time. Interesting, your drivers that are older see that we are old and they always help with bags and they get a very generous tip. Takita was young and just sat in her seat.
