Drivers are friendly & helpful. It would be more convenient if the shuttle buses were able to drop off at the check-in gates and we wouldn’t have to drag all our luggage upstairs…like it used to be.

Advance reservations are easy, shuttle has been timely, and prices are better than at airport. In short, it has worked well.

I've been a customer of Executive since 1998 due to outstanding service in so many ways. I do see a alight decline in service since Park N Fly has taken over, but it's still pretty good. I'm not a big fan of self park. It's like you want the customer to do the work instead of providing the high level of service that was always the trademark. I'm a Gold Member and I've tried numerous times to add my credit card to my profile without success. It shouldn't be that hard.

Look, I've been a customer a long time and have always appreciated the high level of service. If you ask me for my opinion, I'm going to be honest, because you can't fix a problem if you're not aware of it. I think you can make it much easier for the customer than you do. It's sad that when I call to notify you of my arrival, that I don't get to speak to a person and receive a text message instead. I know you may think that's a great service and I can see the benefit, but you're losing the personal side of the business, which is too bad. Don't you want other 24 year customers like me?
