Customer Testimonials
pick up and drop off is convenient and efficient
Super convenient!
Excellent service and kind staff.
Super easy to park. Drop off at the door.
It was easy and quick! I was at my car within a half hour of my flight landing. Super friendly service!
The location is convenient - not too far or too close to the terminals. Access is easy though having to do a U-turn and dive across three lanes of traffic can get a little tricky at times (I come from the North and seldom use BW8).
The parking spaces are adequately sized for easy entry/exit for standard cars and there is a dedicated set of spaces for pickup trucks (which lack the turning radius to easily turn into normal spaces). My car has been damaged while parked at other lots at IAH, but not at Park-N-Fly. I appreciate the dedicated truck spaces!
I like the APP for being able to see where the shuttle is and to summon one if needed. Though, I rarely wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle no matter the terminal I've landed at.
Most importantly, the staff always has a smile and an upbeat attitude, no matter the type of day they are having. Travel is grueling, so it is refreshing when I come home and see the usual friendly faces:) Much appreciated and noticed!
Keep up the good work!

Your prices are reasonable, you are close to the airport so not a long shuttle ride, and the shuttles run pretty regularly. I recommend you to everyone I know thinking about parking at the airport.

Prompt pick up when parking and at airport when returning
Drivers are always so polite and helpful. I hardly ever have to wait more than a few minutes for a pick up at the airport upon returning home. It is definitely the drivers that keep me using PNF plus.
