Fast & efficient

Service was perfect... driver (marcelo) could not have been nicer. Shuttle was prompt both dropping us at the airport and also picking us from the airport... check in was seemless...

Convenience.

Easy access in and out of the lot. Having someone there when you enter the lot to make sure your entry goes smoothly. Online reservations are easy to navigate. Your drivers are usually very helpful and courteous

Convenient, fair priced, consistent.

Only thing I've observed that was not convenient was that for my last two trips, drivers seem to always go to east side first. During busier times, by the time the vans get to the west side, they are half or more full. Those at the west then have to wait on 2 or 3 vans to finally get a ride. This can be frustrating, especially when tired from traveling.

For a long while, the drivers would - alternate - between going to the east and west sides first and it avoided this frustration. I would strongly suggest returning to this alternating pick up method.

Services are always prompt. The shuttle drivers are courteous and very helpful.

Hello is was realy easy to park and they pick you up right away.

Our car wouldn’t start due to the frigid weather and a dead battery. Your folks in MSP were so gracious and helpful. We thank them all.

Pickup and dropoff service to and from the airport is great.

I did not get my platinum benefits on this occasion. I did the reservation on the website, while logged in.
The system did not offer any platinum discount on the valet level (which I purchased) but it did offer them on the self-park level.
I was charged the $4.95 booking fee that should have been waived.
Let me know to whom I should a copy of the receipt.

Services have improved tremendously since coming out of covid and I rarely wait more than a few mins to be picked up or dropped off at the airport.
Security is always important and I suggest PNF stays vigilant and deters break ins on their property.

good service, but i haven't received my payback since my flight was cancelled and i only stayed ~2 hours and pre-paid on my reservation for 3 days

Both drivers that we interacted with were very friendly and personable. Both vehicles were clean and comfortable. The parking lot was easy to find and navigate too.

Very efficient and all personal were very nice.

Great to be able to park in the covered parking when it is winter in the midwest and be able to come back to a clean car that you can get in and take off right away. Last thing you want to do when you come back from vacation is clean a bunch of snow off your car. The shuttles arrived right away and brought us to the airport in a timely manner. We appreciated that.
