I have been a frequent Parker but now have not been able to get the sot to work. Not sure why it didn’t allow me to open an account and I couldn’t log in so I’m stumped about that. Been a customer for over 39 year!

We enjoy leaving our vehicle with you safely for two weeks in the winter and in the fall when we vacation. Normally we never have any problem.
Our most recent experience had a glitch. Our car was not waiting for us when we arrived back on January 28th about 1030pm. So the employee who brought us back in your van called to have it brought up from your lot. It took about an extra 5 or 10 minutes. Not a big deal but we were a bit surprised about the confusion.
We like the valet service and hope that the next time we use it there will not be any problem.
