What do you like about our services?

The drivers are very courteous and I appreciate them putting my suitcase in and out of the vehicle. It's a valuable service for me to be dropped off right at my departure gate. The logos and branding on the vehicles has remained the same for many years so I can spot my ride from a distance with no confusion.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Rinh, who picked me up at the airport was very nice and demonstrated excellent customer care and concern. The woman at the self service exit gate was super helpful in checking out. Helped me find my scan code and then helped me scan it.

What do you like about our services?

This is our favorite offsite airport lot! Your drivers are excellent and always outside our car so quickly when we pull in a space! Both of our drivers on this trip were extremely helpful and friendly! We never wait long when we return to the transportation area either. Always a shuttle there! We used the app for the first time and made reservations online to make sure we had a space! Was so easy and scanned the QR code upon our arrival. Went to the check out window when we left and everything was done! So easy! Thanks for this option and it’s awesome knowing we have a space ready for us and makes our travel adventures much smoother!

Thank you for promptly picking us up from the airport upon arrival. It is most appreciated. We've used other transport services and they have been incredibly unreliable with pickup. Thank you for your excellent service!!

What do you like about our services?

I would highly recommend park and fly plus services to anyone who travels by plane. Even if you are an in frequent flyer, the luxury of grabbing your luggage and jumping on a bus to take you directly to your car after a long trip is wonderful. I can truly appreciate this service after many years of working out of town and having to drag my suitcase through the airport parking lot trying to find my vehicle.

What do you like about our services?

Using park and fly as my transportation to the airport is an amazing experience! All my drivers are outstanding and cannot remember them all but 2 staff always shine extra. Omer (spelling?) and CoCo always have a brilliant smile and light up when they speak with customers! Thank you for making us weary road warriors feel like family.
