Your staff are SO FRIENDLY and helpful - from the ticket booth to the van drivers. It's such a refreshing change to see people actually trying to assist a customer. I also like that the van meets me at my car, and is quick to pick me up after I pull through the gate, getting me to Midway quickly.

We always reserve space ahead of time. This makes for an easy in/easy out. The best part is that we’ve never had a problem with leaving our car. No worries! Pick up at the airport upon arrival home is easy as can be also. Never wait more than five minutes for the shuttle…usually it’s waiting there for me!
