Park n fly is easy to find and I feel safe with the shuttle service even if I have a late flight. The drivers are helpful and friendly.

I like having the app on my phone to make reservations.

Ease of in/out. Proximity to Midway. Shuttles are clean, great drivers, shuttle pick up at Midway is quick/easy.

What do you like about our services?

I absolutely loved the indoor parking option and will definitely utilize it again! However, The parking idea is only cost-prohibitive on small trips of less than 10 days. Anything more than that, it is better to get a ride to and from the airport from my home

Shuttles are usually pretty quick, drivers are nice and helpful. Parking is somewhat affordable.

Minimal wait times from Lot to Airport. Airport rides back to Lot could be better but overall is a good value.

The shuttles are right there when you park and when you get back to the airport we have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. We like to take advantage of the discount codes we get in our email and also have earned free parking days. The drivers are great too!!

We returned to Bradley from a trip to Orlando last night (2/8) at ~6:00pm and were greeted by "Patrick F.". We wanted to let you know that even though it was a relatively short ride back to the PNF facility, he was outstanding! He had a full shuttle (zero additional room for passengers or luggage/strollers, etc.). He made everyone and everything fit while keeping a happy and engaging outlook. We were up front and he chatted with us the entire way...not intrusively, but charmingly. He is an outstanding team member and represents your company very well.
