Pick up and drop off at my car
Picked us up right at our car and dropped us off right at our car! Very nice drivers as well.
Consistent great service.
Convenience
Great group of people. On time every time
I am used to them.
My family has used them for years.
Friendly and fast.. clean shuttles
I was impressed when I arrived and was directed right to a parking spot with the van waiting to pick us up. We had a short wait when we arrived back in Oakland and the van took us right to our car. First class! Thank you.
Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. Very convenient.
Very pleased as a handicapped man with scooter. Such great service.

Kudos to Marcelo, shuttle driver, for always providing great service.
Convenience. Got to Msp at midnight and you guys were waiting fir us with a smile!
Excellent service! Drivers were polite, van's clean. I'll definitely use Park & Fly again!
Friendly quick service
Frequent rides to the airport and to the parking area. Helpful drivers. Clear communication from the parking lot people and from the drivers.
I like that its a great place to leave my car during a flight.
What I don't like-I made an online reservation and when I checked in at the machine-I did not realize that I needed to use my code to get in and just 'pushed the button' as stated on the machine. So thank goodness the cashier was still working and she helped me get it straitened out when I checked out. The machine screen needs have to have better info how to use the code. thank you.
Convenient, easy, friendly,
In all the years I've been parking and flying, I've never used anyone else, and don't plan to.
Smooth operation. No surprises. I feel I get what I expect. Nothing shady. For this I will continue to use your services until proven otherwise.
Convenient location and the option to park in a covered ramp. Prompt pick-up and delivery from both Park n Fly and the airport.
Car wash provided & easy parking
Everything! Reserving parking, shuttle service to and from airport, customer service reps are all so easy and user friendly.
