A little upset though about being charged for more than a full day's parking when we were only 4 hour's late due to a delayed flight?

I have used this service many times. This most recent time I used self-park for the first time. The receptionist was extremely helpful in directing me where to go. Upon dropping us off at the airport, I discovered I had left one of my bags in my car. I called the office and immediately the driver came back and picked me up, waited for me to grab my bag, and brought me back in plenty of time to get through security. It was a fantastic experience and will not only use this service again but would highly recommend it to anyone needing a park/shuttle service. Thank you!
The parking was close to the airport, but more importantly the 2 drivers that drove me back and forth were extremely personable and professional. The vans were clean. The overall experience was excellent and I’d park there the next time
