Outstanding service! Although by mistake, I parked my vehicle in Park/Fly Plus' lot - instead of the regular Park/Fly lot - when I returned from vacation staff reassured me I had not been towed and shuttled me directly to my auto. Drivers were friendly both to and from the lot. Driver helped by lifting my luggage out of my auto and carrying it onto the shuttle. With a recently wrenched back, that meant everything! No wait for a shuttle on departure, but a line of people had been waiting quite a while on return. I just didn't see the big deal, but then I'm retired.

Convenient for long term parking and cheaper than the airport parking
The entire process was easy, from reservation to parking, to shuttle service both ways to the airport. The shuttle driver was incredibly friendly, and picked us up and dropped us off directly at our car. Everything was clean and seemed well taken care of (even though the outside lot was a bit snowy). If any minor complaints, finding the properly marked exit lane was probably the biggest challenge we had, but it was dark and almost midnight when we left.
Easy to set up, bus is always ready to go, pick up is reliable, people at the gate and drivers are very nice and attention to detail. I recommend your company to everyone I know that flies out of Midway.

Easy to schedule and easy to park! I love park 'n fly! It's my go-to for parking at the Oakland Airport.
Usually prompt pick up and drop off at vehicle. Covered parking option. At least a third less than parking at airport and don't have to walk long ways from places in the airport ramps to the check in.

Keith picked us up at the airport and was very friendly as he drove us back to pick up my vehicle from Self Park.
It was my first time using PNF. I was a bit confused about how to enter through the gate with my reservation but made out ok (next time I know exactly what to do). On the return, the driver Rinh was super friendly and helpful. He had someone waiting at the gate to assist on my departure from the lot. Amazing staff all around. After a long day of traveling it was awesome having top tier customer service. I will highly recommend this place and will be using it for my next trip. Thank you!
