What do you like about our services?

Service has been great. Up until recently lately I’ve noticed pick ups at your vehicle have been nonexistent. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue but I found myself having to walk up front from very far back in the parking lot. Many times to obtain a bus. pick up at the airport and drop off at our vehicle has been seamless. Generally service has been very very good. Like I said it’s the picking up at the vehicle upon arrival that is the issue.

What do you like about our services?

It’s convenient and reliable. Although I have to say this last time I used your service it was a bit frustrating. I chose to use the self park and there was quite a bit of confusion trying to get the gate arm to go up when I got there. I think there should be some clearer instructions when you book self park on how to use the gate. Also, when I left there was confusion at the gate. Luckily there was someone standing there to assist me because I did not have a ticket (which I’m guessing I should have been issued when I arrived?). I will continue to use your service and to recommend it to friends and family. I hope the confusion I encountered were just growing pains and the kinks will be worked out soon.

What do you like about our services?

I love the prices, as they are cheaper than the airport parking, and I like the staff whether they are dropping me off or picking me up from the airport. They continue to be professional and caring.

What do you like about our services?

The parking is very close to the airport. We've never had to wait more that 5 minutes at the parking lot. We are pickup from the airport in a fair amount of time. The drivers are friend and helpful.
