The staff is always very friendly and nice from the valet staff to the bus driver to the person at rhe airport. Alway enjoy leaving and coming back home

Every employee we encountered at your site made an effort to be extra helpful and courteous. It made the beginning and end of our trip much, much less stressful. We were particularly pleased with the kind efforts of Worku, who went out of his way to get our car ready for our drive home.

All has been great until last Friday 2/17 where it took 1 hour for a shuttle to arrive at the airport. I don't like that nobody answers the phone at the office either. You need better customer service support.

What do you like about our services?

The attitude of EVERYONE that works at PNF - SFO is simply great. I have yet to encounter a problem or a poor attitude. I will not consider going to another long term parking entity. I do not want to mess with a good thing. In short, they have a good thing going on at the SFO location.

quick ride from your lot to the airport, the buses are usually not packed tight, free water, help with my suitcases, short wait to be picked up by my car.
