Tremendous customer service. No wait at all either to park or for shuttle. Employees are all extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. I was particularly impressed by their valet service -- I was asked if I'd like my EV charged while I was away. Then when boarding the shuttle bus, the driver made sure I wasn't in a rush to catch my flight before he waited for a few additional passengers. Return trip to pick up my car couldn't have been smoother -- shuttle bus was waiting outside and my car was running and warmed up when we arrived at the facility. Excellent experience - I'll definitely be back.

Pre-book is the way to go. It was seamless from the ease of the website, to using the QR code for entry and exit. The van was to us as we got our of our car and the total return from the pick up area to our car was less than ten minutes. Great work all round.

Reservation held a space for me and the booth told me right where to find it. Bus picked up immediately. Bus is always ready or there in just a few minutes and doesn't sit long. Easy online reservation and pre-payment.

I was very impressed with how quickly and often the shuttles came, though it was frustrating that they only stopped at one terminal.

What do you like about our services?

I’ve lived in the Dallas for 23 years and have used Park N Fly for all of my travel when I can’t have family or friends help me out. Maybe one time in that 23 years I had so-so service. It seems like every time pick up from the parking lot is prompt to get me to the airport and pick up from the terminal when I get home is convenient. I’ve never looked into other options because Park N Fly is so reliable.
