Our driver Patrick was outstanding and went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. For reference we self parked. He drove us to our car after dropping off the valet customers. Our battery was dead in our car when we got there and he quickly went into action, he told our young children to bundle up (it was 10 degrees out) and sit in the car and he would have it running soon. He had it running in less than 3 minutes. He then proceeded to pack our bags in the car and got right back to helping others. I couldn’t be more thankful for him and his quick and courteous actions. I have told many about park and fly 3 who’ve already booked.

Convenient parking, drivers pick you up right at your parking spot. Upon return I enjoyed prompt service, van was already waiting . I felt safe, and my car was as well.

The associates were all friendly from pick up to dropoff. Parking was hassle free and probably more convenient than onsite airport parking. Will 100% use again!

Very convenient to park and to take you to the airport in a timely fashion. However, the return was totally different. We had to walk close to a mile to the new pickup location and then had to wait approximately 25 minutes to be picked up.
A lot of travelers were complaining about the distance and the time it took to be picked up. I must say this situation appears to be caused by the airport construction. Regardless The service in my opinion was excellent.
