What do you like about our services?

The shuttle driver (Cowboy) was kind enough to help me shovel out my car. He gave me a broom to brush off my car and then he pushed my car out of the huge snow pile that my car was stuck in.
Kudos to Cowboy! Keep up the great job!

What do you like about our services?

I have been using Park N Fly for a very long time. The location is easily accessible from I55. The employees are friendly and accommodating. The driver is immediately waiting to pick you up at your vehicle to take you to the airport. Upon arrival back to Midway, the driver was promptly waiting for us at the pick-up spot. I was completely impressed with the service in the lot when a problem arises. My car would not start when I returned to Chicago at 11:00 PM with a dead battery. The driver was eager to assist me. He quickly retrieved the battery jump equipment and drove me back to my car. He attached the device to my battery, within a minute my car started and I was on my way home. Park N Fly is a great company to do business with.

What do you like about our services?

Very tough to find a spot; however, I asked for help from an attendant. He helped me find a spot, and better yet, one where I was able to pull through, as the parking spaces are a bit narrow. All good.
