Customer Testimonials
Good service at all interactions!!!
Close to airport but able to avoid airport traffic. Shuttle picks you up at car and workers help load luggage. Shuttle is either waiting for you upon return in designated pickup location or is just a few minutes wait. Your dropped back off right in front of car and able to head back home without any worries.
Fast shuttle and safe parking
Very easy process and there were friendly attendants at the gate and bus drivers. People, don't forget to tip your drivers and attendants. Great job! Thank you!
Kind and generous people.
Quick service, good rate!
Convenient and easy to navigate
Inside parking and valet service made the handover and pickup very easy and comfortable
There is always someone at the entry/exit booth even at early and late hours if there is a problem with your online reservation or QR code. I’m not sure what “pending” on my reservation means- it’s been reserved and paid for, so somewhat misleading. Your drivers are great, there’s never much of a wait. The price has gone up some, but what hasn’t. Will be a loyal customer for a long time.
Reliability; valet parking at SFO; car is ready to drive off the lot when I arrive back
easy access and prompt shuttle. Friendly service
Fast and friendly
Very friendly drivers! And the free bottled water on the way out was a nice bonus.
Convenient and friendly
Easy to schedule on line & almost always a van is seconds away for pick up!
The ease and convenience
Fast friendly and professional
Easy process and timely shuttles
Very prompt, easy to use, and good service.
The shuttles are always right there, the drivers and office staff are friendly, the buses are clean and my car is safe! What’s not to like?
Covered parking! And drivers are very courteous. While I was in the structure getting my keys out of my bag, one shuttle driver stopped, backed up, and asked me if I was ok. He was just checking on me. Excellent!
Convenient and close to airport. Staff is very prompt and friendly. Check in/check out is quick and easy.
Location to MSP.
Less expensive than the airport. Shuttle picked us up and dropped us off right at our car.
Friendly drivers that are always helpful. Great location and easy to use and book at a great price.
Everyone was so helpful and super nice. The shuttles were clean and I was helped with my bags. Unfortunately I lost the card that had my parking spot on it and when I got back I was panicked and actually found myslef.in the wrong lot at first with another shuttle (silly me)
Driver Richard Abbot assured me we would find my car and got me to it in a timely manner. He was very professional and gave me a sense of calm.. also great conversationalist. THANK YOU SO MUCH RICHARD ABBOTT YOU WERE A LIFE SAVER YESTERDAY!!!
I had a very friendly and helpful driver both ways. Easy to book and enter into parking.
Friendly staff. Reliable and on time :)
It’s super fast, easy and convenient.
I appreciate your proximity to the airport and your check in/checkout process is far better than SFO. Your drivers to the gate are friendly, courteous, and very helpful.
