Our airport delivery and pickup were fine. Our driver, Patrick, on our return on Monday evening (February 27). was very friendly and helpful bringing our heavy suitcase directly to the car and loading it into the trunk. That was a first for us. Very helpful!

I like that I can reserve and pay for parking online. The shuttles are frequent so I am not waiting a long time either to get to the airport or to get back to.my car.

I always book ahead and I like that app and being able to accumulate points for future bookings. This time, the app wasn't working to contact the shuttle when I got home but the shuttle showed up within 5 minutes. I still had great service even with all of the snow fall that had happened. The drivers have really tough jobs and are always friendly and helpful. I used the service during Covid and it was a tough time but they always did the best they could even during those times.

It was quick to get in and out with the QR code. We did not wait longer than 5 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up to take us to the airport and, more importantly, at the airport on our return.
