Second, whoever in Fulton county set up the new drop areas for the shuttles at Hartsfield have no common sense at all. Walking through all the parking lot to get to the back to be picked up. What do the handicapped or disabled do? This is ridiculos and frankly going to hurt all the businesses that support Hartsfield. I know my wife and I have already deceided on our next two trips to drive. It is not worth the hassle and issues.

This was my second time to use Park 'N' Fly. This is the easiest and safest way to get to the airport. I will always use this mode of transportation!

I really liked everything from start to finish. Your staff is extremely helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you understand their parking system. I will use your parking service whenever possible.

Easy to make a reservation, check-in and check-out, quick pick-up at airport.

Also....
I needed to change my reservation due to airline changes. But I could not do that online and needed to call and my initial reservation had to be cancelled and a new one created. This seemed cumbersome. Why not a simple change online?

I logged-in and made the initial reservation and got one price. Then went to the website and did not sign-in and a discount was available. Why not make these discounts available when a loyal customer signs-in?

I liked the Park DIA system, but prices seem to be going up. This is a great place to park and I hope the new owners keep prices as a good value as compared to the other off-site parking companies.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They get you in and out quickly. My car is always ready and warmed up when I return home from a trip.

Everything! I will never even attempt to go anywhere else at Bradley airport.

I got back to my car after a big snow storm. The snow was cleared very well. The snow removal crew took extra care to remove snow from behind cars so I would not get stuck. Thank you, I truly appreciate your extra effort!!!
