Generally a great service. Special shout out to Rinh, our shuttle driver on the way home. We'll be flying more often out of Hartford because of this service.

All the technology seems to be working properly, pre-reserved reservation open gate promptly without delay, bus pick up prompt and courteous, roads to DFW need serious repair quite a bumpy and loud ride. Upon return used app to notify "come get me" - long long walk to pick up point in A Terminal, long wait
