Customer Testimonials

Easy to book, shuttle is available when needed...seamless travel

Consistently efficient service and reasonable prices.

great consistent service. Drivers are seedy!!

The service was outstanding! It was easy to drop off before my flight. I got valet service and it made the trip easy and especially so with the help getting my bags off my car unto the bus, with drop off right at the ticketing section.
The return was equally as easy, and it was especially delightful to see my car right as I exited the bus.

It was an overall wonderful experience!

There is a superb customer service and promptness throughout it all.

Park n Fly Drivers are personable and very polite. I've neer waited more than a few minutes on the Lot or the Terminal Side for Service. I'm very happy with Park n Fly and will be using the services for the foreseeable future.

Safe quick afordable

Patrick F was great. His shuttle was pristine and clean. I arrived very late and he made sure my car started before he left me in the parking lot. It was obvious how much pride he took in his job. I wish I could request him every time I fly.
Thank you Patrick

kind, courteous, fast and easy

Dennis, the driver was awesome and professional, even when a potential passenger was belligerent

Professional and helpful

Efficient and easy. They park your car for you and you’re in a covered where house when you arrive.

Easy to park the car and get to our gate with ease, especially when traveling really early in the morning.

Friendly and amazing service!!

Very convenient, great service, friendly people. My only issue is that I can never get the bar code scanner to read my QR code properly

Safe parking lot, pick and drop right at the parking location

The ease of it all.

The shuttle followed me to my spot to pick me up as soon as I parked. The system of giving me a slip for my slot was efficient. We got to the airport quickly. The driver was attentive, to the point of helping a non-English-speaking family get to the correct terminal even though they kept insisting on going to the wrong terminal. The pick up upon arrival was timely and I was dropped right in front of my car. I had no issues with my barcode scanning me in or out. If I had more time I would have used the complimentary car wash. I immediately referred your business to another traveler, who is flying in and out of IAH this weekend.

Reliable

Convenient location close to the airport. Fast transportation. Great staff.

I like that I can reserve and pay on the app. Also, I like the quick scan on the app for entry and exit. I like that you don’t have to search for parking places and the bus is waiting right where you park. Everything is easy and stress free. And, the price is good!

Prebooking. Shuttle meeting you at your car (parking space). Friendliness of drivers. Convenience.
