Easy and smooth

Very courteous and helpful. Sometimes too helpful. During arrival there was a blizzard so we were running late. Driver kept picking up passengers until every single seat was occupied which took over 10 mins. During busy times, it would be good to have several drivers so the shuttles can make quicker trips.

Love the website and how easy it is to use. I do love the fact that I do not have to print my QR code, and I can just scan it at the Park 'N Fly location. The IAH scanners seem to have issue with scanning the QR code no matter whether I print it or use my phone, however. Almost, without exception, I have to get assistance both entering and leaving in getting the auto-arm to raise when recognizing the QR code. Love Park 'N Fly and the ease in which I can call for a pick-up upon arrival back at my destination. The drivers have always been so courteous. However, if you can do something that would correct the issues scanning QR codes -- that would be great!

Valet parking your car is very convenient and quick.
Car is cleaned off of snow in the winter and car is ready to go when brought back by the shuttle vehicle.

Shuttle to airport and app

Friendly drivers willing to help and almost no waiting both ways. Love the fact that there is a free car wash. Earning free days is awesome!

Only negative this time is that the shuttle went by in the row over from me when I first arrived and never stopped to pick me up. I had to call. I was standing outside of my car and the backend of my RAV4 was up.

Charles went above and beyond to the airport and especially home from the airport on a snowy day!! Truly cares for people and is a valuable employee. Made me feel safe and comfortable!❤️
Nancy went out of her way checking in and again when I was checking out. She didn’t make me feel stupid needing assistance and came out of her booth without complaining to help me. She made me smile!

Very efficient with pick-up and delivery at both ends. Waste very little time. Great connections with late night arrival to contact station for bus ride back to base.
