Actually, I had to change my travel plans. I was sick with Covid, as was my family, and I actually didn’t use my Park N’ Fly reservation. I’ve never used PnF before and normally park at the airport. Sadly, I forgot to cancel my reservation. Is there anyway to get a voucher to use at a later date?

I like the convenience of the Park 'N Fly location to the airport.
The drivers and the check-out employees were pleasant, regardless of the time of day.

The directions getting from the shuttle parking from the airport and from the airport to the shuttle park is more than a little confusing!

It is a good thing I was able to stop at a few 'information booths' or I would still be wandering around the airport looking for the shuttle vans!!!!

Great place to park your vehicle and fly. They are very efficient and organized. We did not have to wait very long. They are professional and very customer friendly. We will use them again.

I have always used Park N Fly but at my last service- 2 weeks ago. I had been called the day before I returned due to a bad battery so I authorized a jump start.

When I returned the next day, my car was not started so I exited the shuttle without a jacket and waited for my car; I finally went inside and they looked for my car. It was found parked up front but not started. I should have been refunded that day of service or at least charged "self park".

I was not pleased about this but prior I have had great service and just made a recomendation to a friend Janice Hartnet who now has a reservation
