At car pickup, usually. What you could do better is the e-mailed parking receipt. The current one is HUGE, a full page and does not have the dollars paid. How about you make it complete, shrink the QR code (don't need this for a receipt, and make it so I can use it for my expense report!

Also get the exit QR code readers working. Half the time they can't rea the QR code to let me out. IF there is a problem, I have to back up and use the cashier. Not always possible when someone is right behind you. Very aggravating.

I love the fact that my car is safe in your 24 hour guarded lot, no matter how long I am out of town. I love using your app to say come get me, when I am getting my luggage and the door to door service provided by your shuttles.

I like how quickly the shuttle arrives to pick up and the drivers are ready to help grab my bags on the way to and from the drop off point. On my return, the shuttle is often at the pick up point when I am ready, so no long waiting. Good service overall, thanks.

Thank you. Your employees were friendly and efficient. Our only suggestion would be to inform people as they get off at the terminal exactly where the pick up site will be upon return. Otherwise, great experience and we will use your company again.
