The staff is very kind and polite and made my anxiety about traveling alone lessen quite a deal. I love to have my car heate4d and waiting for me as soon as I get off the shuttle as your site. I also appreciate the fact the\at the shuttle driver carries off my luggage as it is often too heavy for me to manage down the stairs.
