I have been a customer for years when Park and Fly was Executive. Though I do understand growth and buy outs, I am not a big fan of the Self Park.I have tried it twice now for hte past few trips and the gate attendants are always so nice but why fix what wasnt broken. I prefer valet, I chose P&F because of the service but I am not a fan of the rate increase for Valet. I am a travel advisor, I own a company in NH and travel often and I recommend ET/P&F over and over but if you are asking for my feedback, I don't like the new options, it takes the special out of using your facility. It's now just like everyone else, just a bit furthre out. I wont discontinue using P&L, but again, why fix what wasnt broke and what made parking there so special in the past.

Park 'N Fly Plus has been my go-to ATL airport parking for a long time. Shuttles are always ready to pick me up both on-site and at ATL whenever within minutes of walking up, and the valet is a really nice convenience.
Pulled into lot and driver was right behind us to pick us up and help with luggage. When dropped at airport he gave us directions on where to go then and for our return. When we returned the shuttle was already there so didn’t have to call for it. Dropped right off at car. Everything was great.
The staff are polite and professional, especially the drivers and the valet attendants at return and check out. I miss the luggage check-in service that was available pre-COVID.
