I am a frequent parker between work trips and pleasure travel, and every time I come in to park I am greeted by a lovely employee, who directs me to the best row to park in. The shuttle is prompt in picking me and my luggage up and taking to Midway Airport. The drivers are so kind and load/unload luggage for us. When I arrive back home, 9 times out of 10, I don't even need to summon the shuttle to pick us up. They are already there!! The employees are kind and helpful. Add to it the rewards program for free parking days, and it's a no brainer! I will choose Park 'N Fly every single time!

Door to door service. We did have to wait longer than normal to be picked up at airport this time. Flight was delayed a day leaving, and glad reservation was held for the extra day. Cashier at end fixed any issues.

What do you like about our services?

The shuttle drivers are very quick to pick up their guests. I have been using this company for over a year now and it’s been great!
