Last time I used Park 'N Fly I logged a complaint in the survey & to my astonishment, I received a call back & it was immediately rectified. It's rare to receive such good customer service & I can say I am happy to have used them again & have had an excellent experience. I downloaded the app as well now & I love that you can request a vehicle to pick you up without having to call in.
